This web site is aimed at helping first home buyers:
- Returning house prices to normal levels.
- Avoiding fees and traps set by property developers, banks and the real estate industry.
This site is not independent
No web site is independent - most are biased by the industry. However, this site features no advertisements for mortgages, over-priced new developments of flats or real estate agents. The site is run by first home buyers like you, and we are biased towards lower prices.
A crash is good
The property market is all about winners and losers. The only time first home buyers win is when the market crashes, and we can buy at fair prices.
You can encourage a crash, just by putting in low offers, putting in fake offers, gazundering or aborting a purchase at the last minute.
Lower prices are good for Britain
The industry has worked together in a united way to exploit us. Now it is time for us to unite against them. They have gone too far - in some regions, the cost of the cheapest house is more than 6 times the salary of traditional `key-workers' who are essential to our society. Key workers are going abroad to places like Australia, where houses are affordable and the Government there saves money by poaching experienced British police and nurses (rather than training local staff). The British tax payer now has to pay more wages to keep these people - so we all suffer with higher taxes.
